Party Options

Option 1 - At OUR Venue

Includes:

• Up to 10 VR players in one group

• 60 or 90 minutes VR session includes 4-6 games at approx 15 minutes per game for the ultimate party!

• Optional private party room for an additional 60 minutes after the VR session, for your BYO party celebrations

• Pre-session tutorial from our staff and assistance during your play session

Option 2 - At YOUR Venue

Includes:

• Options for up to 6 VR players or up to 10 VR players at the same time.

• VR headsets can be shared between additional players at no extra cost

• 60 minutes VR session includes 4 games at approx 15 minutes per game. Extend the session on the spot! (Pending availability)

• Pre-session tutorial from our staff and assistance during your play session

Option 2 - Pricing:

• Up to 6 Players 60 minutes: $260
  Extra 60 minutes: $180 (optional)

• Up to 10 Players 60 minutes: $380
  Extra 60 minutes: $280 (optional)

Important Note:

• This option is for The VR Club to come to your location, subject to our approval.

• Must be a public indoor venue (e.g. sports club, community hall, school gymnasium)

• Within Auckland: Orewa to Manukau (North/South), and Howick to Swanson (East/West). Outside of Auckland will incur additional travel expenses, contact us for a quote.

• Venue hire fee is not included

• Requires access to the venue before and after the VR session for setup and pack-up (approx 30mins each).

• Minimum space requirement:
  4x4m for up to 4 players
  5x5m for up to 5-6 players
  6x6m for up to 6-7 players
  8x8m or 6x9m for up to 8-10 players

• Recommended venue: The Y Northcote (We can book this venue for you!)
