The VR Club is the premier virtual reality arcade in Auckland’s North Shore.

Designed for social multiplayer for all ages, with a focus on having the best and biggest free-roaming VR game library available in New Zealand, coupled with the best service and knowledgeable friendly support.

We offer state-of-the-art and fully licensed virtual reality games in a bright and welcoming premises.
We are proud to work with developers, both worldwide and homegrown in New Zealand.

We are New Zealand’s longest running virtual reality arcade.
We launched in April 2018 with just six VR players, on Hurstmere Road in Takapuna, a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach.
Due to COVID-19 we moved to a new location at the start of 2021, nearby to works from local artists at Lake House Arts Centre and expanded to 8 VR players.

In the second half of 2023 we partnered with the nearby YMCA in Northcote, and moved into our biggest space yet with room for 14 VR players.

Our goals for the future are to bring engaging and immersive VR fun to the world of education.
In 2024 we are looking for partners and funding to bring high-end VR field trips to New Zealand schools, in groups of up to 35 students at a time. Please do get in touch via the contact us page to register your interest!
